New CBA approved. 7 teams making the post season and we are getting an extra game in the regular season.

Senior players dont seem to be very happy about it though.
Been following this one, the well paid players the guys on big money seemed to be against the extra game, the rank and file that make up the bulk of the league that aren't on huge salaries were all for it. Happy to see one more meaningful game rather than the pre-season games which are just terrible to go to.

Yeah, just seen that. Wonder where he's off to - Bucs and Chargers heavily rumoured.

Bucs seem to be all in on him looking at reports over the off season. Be interesting to see how Evans and Godwin do under him because for all Jameis has flaws he's not afraid to air it out time and time again.

If he ends up at Chargers i'm all in on Keenan Allen this year in fantasy formats

Could the Chargers o-line keep him upright often enough?

True, he's probably even less mobile than Rivers!

Can see the Pats running with a backup or vet this year then going for Trevor Lawrence in the next draft
Taking of vets, maybe Rivers will end up on a short term deal in NE. He's apparently already had talks with the Colts

5 years, $70 for soon to be 30yo Robert Quinn from the Bears. Combine that with the Jimmy Graham signing and question the sanity of Ryan Pace.

I like Quinn and paired up with Mack should give the Bears a pass rush again. He's an upgrade on floyd who we have just cut but that is a lot of money that.

Definitely an upgrade on Floyd who was basically a non-entity but they’ve given Quinn conservatively 2 years, $25m too much.
To be fair, his stats were outstanding last year and he's only fully guaranteed $30m. If he provides anything like the production of last year for a couple of years then they cut him....

Chances are they’ve prorated the guaranteed money over the life of the contract. If they do cut him after 2 years it’ll leave $18m in dead money across the remaining 3 years. It seems the Bears are going for it whole they’ve got a QB in a rookie contract but they’re suffering in comparison to what the Bills and Cardinals are doing.
