We have nearly double the points they have. Not saying we are bigger but history and the 'size' of your club doesnt mean shit if you are shit.

I forgot to add that we are f***ing turgid.

2 very average sides tonight, with 2 badly defended goals deciding the game

That Icelandic bloke for Villa looked Sunday league standard

If we go up and Rafa walks away due to Ashley then we will indeed be average at best and probably never kick on under his ownership.

However if Rafa stays and is backed (there has been rumblings of Rafa having this confirmed after the disappointment in January) then theres no reason we can't finish in the top half of the table in our first season back, the bottom half of the premier league is absolutely dross and not all that better if at all than the top 10 teams in the championship.

You are dead bottom in one of the worst premier leagues in years

I'm talking about now. That's pretty clear you simpleton.

Thats utterly irrelevant though? Barca are a better team too wtf has that got to do with anything

You sire are a moron. We arent going to waltz back into the top half of the league ffs. We need 11 new players atleast man. Ashley wont back him to that extent would be suicide if it didnt work.

Who cares? They are in a lowere league that is of minor, occasional interest to me. Although I do miss the 6 points each season.

Top half of the table :lol::lol:

We might go down but thankfully it wasn't you lot who condemned us.

Not like the night we beat Everton and relegated you it was f***ing hilarious. Imagine your rivals hammering that very big relegation sized nail in yours and fat rafas coffin :D:D:D

All history now buddy boy. The future starts now - and I have a sneaky feeling that Sunlan's future isnt looking too rosy.
£180m in debt - heading for the drop. ..
Could this be another Leeds - (or whisper it ...even worse ?. )
Meanwhile we will look to reinforce our squad with £50-£100m from the tv money we are about to get.
Oh - did I mention the money.....

You absolute f***ing walloper. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

I know the ambitions of your own club are merely to finish 17th every season, but its really not breaking the bank to hope to finish 9th or 10th in our first season back with a top quality manager considering the poor standard in the current premier league considering we were 3 points away from doing just that when we came back up last time.

Do I think we have a divine right to do it? No. Do I think its nailed on, absolutely not, but its not beyond the realms of possibility.

People who think they will be shite in the premier league just take a look at Burnley, Southampton, Leicester etc etc. Teams who have surpassed us who we thought would struggle when they came up.g
