So why'd you lot chase Bruce out? His record was better than anyone that's followed him and most that preceded him.

For all his long winded essays I’ll grudgingly admit that generally speaking he mostly knows what he’s on about. However in this case how he’s managed to get it so spectacularly wrong is a mystery. Unless he’s fishing.

Did he? Mags were green with envy that window apparently after we’d signed the likes of Cabaye and Ba and you’d snapped up Gardner and Wickham.
