It's mental, all the media bang on about is 52k every week even though they rarely get 52k. Some of the thick fuckas (fat twat Quinn) even reckon they get 54k.

Quality of players? He may have had some decent players but IIRC the team was padded out by the likes of Perch, Williamson, Santon & Gosling :lol:

In comparison to this squad being padded out by the likes of Joselu, Atsu, Manquillo and Hayden. The decent players currently occupying our squad are nowhere near Ba, Ben Arfa, Remy, Cabaye, Tiote, etc.

Even Jonas who got a fair bit of stick would walk into this team.

Also a world class manager who has bought much more of players he wanted?

Surely a world class manager should be able to better Alan Sack Pardew?

It’s what he normally does when he’s struggling. He hates Newcastle fans sharing the same opinion (even though it’s normally not usually the case) as it ruins his attempt at a divide and conquer borefest.

Ironically he can’t stand on his own two feet without his little bunch of diddleywhacks. Typical doorman behaviour, bullying soft targets (mags in this instance) when in numbers but feeble on his tod. It’s classic envy.

So you wish to compare a bloke managing in league 1 to w bloke managing in premier league? Behave yaself Man.

What was so great about team Pardew had? Did any players either before or after finish above 5th again in their careers? And not in some Mickey Mouse league either.

The team Benitez played his part in relegating had 2 lads who play for established top 4 clubs and champs league regulars.

People will always bring up crowds because ours are higher. It’s point scoring basically. We get the bigger numbers, you’ve had the biggest gate. It’s been to death enough on here !
Any NUFC fan who says your numbers are shit though is a fool.

Cabaye won the league in France, Ben Arfa won the league in France, Remy won the premier league, Ba finished 3rd in the premier league, Santon finished 4th twice with Inter, Danny Simpson won the league with Leicester, Debuchy went to Arsenal, Sissoko plays for Tottenham, Cabella finished 5th and 4th with Marseille

There's not a lot of difference tbh, not a fifth placed team v a bottom six, in fact the defence in Rafa's is probably better.

And Pardew spent his money more wisely than the Fat Spanish Waster of course ;)

Serious question, would you not expect Newcastle to get bigger crowds given the population catchment area is almost double ours ??
Bit of a no brainer really.

Catchment area and a very good team in recent memory who almost won the league and finished top 6 on 3 or 4 occasions, oh and played in Europe for a decade, against 2, 7th place finishes and 4 ignominious relegations recently. No brainer really.
