What I don't understand is that there is a team in there that Benny refuses to let out.

10 men behind the ball from the off. Hit it long for Rondon, hope he can control it, and run like fuck to catch him if he does. This appears to be Benny's game plan no matter who they play.

When they go a goal behind, & he's forced to change things, they show that can actually play football.
