It’s almost as though the value of a club decreases massively when they aren’t exposed to the riches of the PL and the TV money.

I don’t take a lot of notice of the scums comments. I am not on Facebook or Twatter or Instagram for a very good reason. I don t go on their forums.
The only comments I see from them is on here as the scum I know would never start talking to me about them, they

know better.
I gave up reading their comments on here some time ago as t h they have the upper hand given the depths we have fallen to and I didn’t feel good having a pop given we are two leagues below them. That’s about to change and they know it.
Their mouthpieces must have all gone away for the bank holiday weekend funny that.
One thing that did cross my mind this week was that given the shit we have been through, we have dealt with it with a certain amount of dignity, well,it is what it is, we are where we are, they go on like a bunch of Fannie’s and are a Premier League side with an owner who is doing his best. They don’t deserve Mike Ashley and I mean that.
They should be very careful what they wish for.

That's the one I got. But it's not just us it's any club. MSD didn't just wake and buy us. I doubt they even decide after talking to SD and CM. Obviously they sold them a vision and things like STID helped. But they can't gasp that these people run the rule over things before buying. Just because they have a massive fan base and nearly won the like 25 years doesn't mean they'll be queuing up to buy them.

That's kind off my point. The Mags think these investors should be banging down their door to buy them. Just look at Wolves, Leicester and Southampton in the past.
 
Tbf Newcastle have a good stadium already it’s more fact there’s no land to build assets like at sol where you build loads of stuff and make money. Also our training ground is done and wouldn’t be another multi million investment needed

It's big but needs money spending on it, plus they don't own the land it's built on.

The mags have only one major problem in attracting investment or a new owner. Their own fans. Simple as that. It’s been the root cause of everything wrong at that club since the nineties.
They need to change before anything else can.
But the dumb fucks can’t and won’t see it.

Closer inspection would show you that it’s f***ing rotten mate, from the inside out. I’m not a civil or structural engineer, but they have major issues coming at them regarding their stadium.
