Have to admit I agree, most of our fan base will agree. However we do have a certain section admittedly small that want this as a theory to rid us of Ashley , it’s no guarantee and not something I ever want.

There’s a horrible culture amongst some wanting us beat, cheering goals going in, it’s f***ing bullshit I’m with you on it, inside they really should want us to win every match.
It is getting on my tits and only coming from social media, I’ve decided to give up my SC this year but fuck me I never want us to lose, better get used to it but we as fans can do nothing much as has been proven.
I believe also the vast majority are behind the team , always, as it should be in truth.f***ing bairns the lot of them at times.

Is it getting towards the whole fighting in the away end type of thing?

Just seen on oddschecker that they are currently joint favourites for relegation alongside sheff utd.

5/1 bottom is a better bet

Not yet full blown punches but arguments will soon come and yes I’ve no doubt a few blows will be landed, a few at Norwich we’re at it I believe.
Happened with yous anarl mind.

Yes I wasn't at Ipswich but one of the lads was telling me it was particularly bad.

Differing opinions, alcohol, emotions running high. Both SAFC and NUFC get infighting at away games when things not going well.

Worst I saw was 2 blokes coming to blows on the way out of valley parade one time after we'd beat them 4-0 in a promotion season! Grown men who should've known better anarl...!!

Defeats get you like that as fans, the way yous are all chippa today, funny last Monday yous wanted Ross hung
Not me mate. Find one line on any thread on here where I have asked for Ross to be sacked. I guarantee you won't find one.
I realise that defeats do get you irritable but lets be honest mate I really think you better get used to them this season.

Bullshit and you know it.

I tried that crack with us lot and was just lying to myself. It’s a natural reaction, something starts to go tits up and you try and brush it off by saying oh I don’t care.

The majority do care, the majority are bothered and so they should following a team is part of who you are, that’s nowt to be ashamed of.

yeah things are shit but I just laugh when people say they don’t care, particularly when it is followed by a lengthy rant about the state of the club they follow.

Even if they despised Ashley 10 times more than they claim they'd certainly care if they were challenging at the top.

That's what the protests are actually about, they want to win things.

But they'll just come up with one ludicrous excuse after another ... it's about keeping Rafa, it's about our transfer record, it's about net spend.

No lads, you think Newcastle are massive and should be winning things.

Just admit it and stop all this endless squirming

Just in general I was meaning, they way we are all horse punching gravy dribbling smelly tramps
Yes this season will be toxic, so far all the signs are that Bruce hasn’t a clue what he’s doing and it will only end one way as this season from watching every team we are the worst.
Thing was with Rafa, yes he had a pretty shite start but we could see he had a plan in most games and in that tough start we never really got mauled, Norwich wiped the floor with us and Arsenal never broke sweat with their reserves so that’s why we think there’s a difference between Bruce and Rafa.

The media are picking up on the treatment Bruce is getting compared to the Spanish Coin Chaser.

"Closed minds" is a nicely put, summing up of what we've said about that lot for years.

This bit about Rafa nails it:

''The constant comparisons are draining and fuel a sense that there are those who are happy to see Newcastle struggle because it proves how great the former manager was. They cannot move on, do not want to move on and will try to make sure nobody else at Newcastle is able to do so either.''

I know, rivalry is one thing, but the sweeping statements than every opposing fan is a moron or deluded is just stupid. Yes you have your fair share of them, maybe more than most, but that doesn't mean all are.

i reckon he would get the MLS a go personally, don't know why just a thought.

If (and probably when) things get really bad under Bruce and you all turn on him en masse (and probably with good reason), be prepared for the media onslaught against the fans. Bruce has a lot of mates in the media who won't have a single bad word said against him, no matter how poor he is
