It's normally an argument between the clubs fans that are pretty irrelevant in the bigger picture. Insecurity I reckon. So many fans obsessed with the size of their club. My dad is bigger than your dad mentality.

But, but, but.....A record 114 seasons in top flight, nine top flight titles, five FA Cup and Cup winners Cup versus erm..
Why are you here again? You wanna take it to a Sunderland forum, they'll lap it up on there.
Whoever has won the league the most is bigger always.

Agree and other than crowd size Everton come out on top in every department. That makes Huddersfield bigger than Spurs and us bigger than Man City, both which are way off the mark.
There's numerous factors you need to consider when determining the size of any particular football club, not just one.

Probably not far off there like. (Obviously us and you the other way round though)I agree there.
I'd probably have Newcastle and Sunderland as 9th and 10th biggest clubs in the country, west ham behind us two
Nah they interview all 50 and get rid of the decent onesI always think big club and successful club are two completely different things. Had we have won the title back in the days of KK I don't personally think that would have made us bigger, I think it would have made us more successful. Newcastle, Sunderland, Everton are all huge clubs that are unsuccessful in my opinion.
When they make these videos do they edit the normal people out. When ever a Newcastle fan or Sunderland fan gets interviewed outside the grounds they come across really poorly. You would think the reporter watches 50 people walk buy then says look at this nugget coming we'll get this one.
If Everton had a bigger stadium they would fill it without questionBoth middle of the road PL clubs who aren't really going anywhere. Mags have the fanbase and stadium, Everton have more trophies. Everton could have been a big club but they seemed to get left behind in the 1990s when Sky got involved and football suddenly became very popular.
They had a canny side in the 80s mind but that was 30 odd years ago.
