New Music Releases Thread

The song based Brian Emo and Bearie Wolfe album (Luminal) is exceptional. The ambient release, Lateral, is good also but essentially the same (beautiful) track eight times.

I'll dive in early with this week's new release list. There are albums on Friday from Addison Rae, Attention Bird Utopia, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Born Ruffians, Brian Eno & Beatie Wolfe (two albums on the same day), Cynthia Erivo, Cypress Hill & the London Symphony Orchestra, Death in Vegas, Finn Wolfhard, Lifeguard, Lil Wayne, Little Simz, Marina, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Nick Mulvey, Pulp, The Doobie Brothers, Turnstile, Can't Stop It (a compilation of Aussie post-punk from late 70s and early 80s), North Mississippi All Stars, Lucy Gooch, Comet Gain, Rebecca Foon & Aliayta Foon-Dancoes,Wire, Suzie Ungerleider, Nadah El Shazly and Calibro 35.
Really enjoying the Turnstile album.

I think Wire are still very much a thing. This is some sort of singles comp though.

Beyond that, Death in Vegas, Lucy Gooch, Little Simz, Eno & Beatie, Suzie Ungerleider, North Mississippi All Stars.

Turnstile are tipped for big things by Charli XCX.
Seen her a few times (Oh Susanna) her output is consistently good, looking forward to hearing the new one.

So, it's Friday 13th this week and, on that day, we will receive new albums from AJ Tracey, Buckcherry, Buscabulla, Calum Hood, Dierks Bentley, Joe Armon-Jones, King Gizzard #& the Lizard Wizard, Mary Halvorson, Neil Young & the Chrome Hearts, Slick Rick, Steve Queralt, The Cure (remixes), The Swell Season, Van Morrison, Half Man Half Biscuit, Witch, Cosey Fanni Tutti, Nathan Salsburg, Madalitso Band, Holden & Zimpel, Patrick Wolf and Goose.

There's a good few there (Gizzard Biscuit WItch Wolf being my top 4).

Interested in the Cure remix album. The new album is super and the remixes thus far have been intriguing.

There is a release of a super deluxe edition / remaster of the Metallica album 'Load' as well.
There is also a release of the Queens of the Stone age live album recorded in the Catacombs in Paris. I watched it last week and it's really good. It's only 30 mins long. Re-worked versions of their songs for the Catacomb sessions.
