I didn't dispute what was in your quote.

It does matter to me what their speciality is though. You can care about what a dentist or nurse thinks about covid, that is your choice. I think we should look at what virology and epidemiology experts have to say with greater weight than a research assistant or foot doctor. This is why GP s refer you to experts for things like mental health or cancer. They can't be specialists in everything.

Please tell me he's not a chiropractor.
You don't need to be a specialist in anything to see the basic points that are raised in the letter. The points being blatant sharing and propagation of false information and the difficulties that this causes for science and health care.

You don't need to be a specialist in conspiracy theories to say conspiracy theories have been promoted.
You don't need to be a specialist in virology or immunology to understand that vaccines aren't gene therapy as claimed. It's basic stuff that is covered in core medical training and probably in nursing training, but the information is readily available anyway.
You don't need to be a specialist in anything to see that likening policies to the holocaust is crass and offensive.

To be frank, you don't even need medical training, be a nurse or a scientist to understand the reasoning as it's clear and linked to sources.

He didn't. It was a choice for Spotify.
Why does he feel he has the right to dictate how they operate as a company? If he doesn’t like the platform, he should have just left. Sounds like he wants input in to their wider content.
i don't think he is, he didnt say they couldnt have rogan - just that they can't have him...
He said you can’t have both.
He said it's me or Rogan.....so he kind of is saying he doesn't want them to have Rogan on Spotify. To me anyway.
It is exactly that. He should have just said I’m leaving the platform because you host Rogan.

What is he dictating? Since Spotify appear to have gone with Rogan it would seem pretty ineffectual dictating. He has left the platform but clearly wanted to make a point which, as an advocate of free speech, I'm sure you'll agree was within his rights.

No idea what draws you to the conclusion that he wanted input to their wider content. Nothing points to that.

If he wanted to just take a stand and make a point he could have just told them that he was leaving and that the reason for that was because of Rogan and his messages around covid. Instead he said either Rogan goes or I go.

Linked to the likes of rolling stone, not to medical journals.
Likening anything to the Holocaust is stupid. Fine.
Why bother branding your letter in the way they did if their fields of expertise were unimportant?

Yes, he obviously wanted to make the point publicly. That's allowed, I think you'd agree?
