I watched breaking bad around the same time I found out about narcos so I didn’t want to taint BB by watching a similar themed show.

I've watched the lot, they're all class. The original series is my favourite because the actor who plays Escobar is superb

Narcos Mexico is cracking. You miss the Colombian lot at first but then you warm to the new characters. Plus the Colombian's make a couple of cameos...

El chapo is worth a watch if you’ve seen narcos - he features briefly but obviously his own story is legendary within the world of the cartels. What isn’t directly mentioned in the show is that Sean penn is widely believed to be responsible for him being nicked . He denied it like

Check out surviving Escobar. Maybe not as good as the narcos but well worth the watch
