Total lack of leadership in the ground today. There’s a couple of fellas just been tried in court for that recently ...89 people died. Different scale altogether of course but principles the same. Someone was watching that happen and did nothing.

Then we would fully expect some sort of repercussions. I do not believe the ‘police laughed off missiles being thrown.

I’m not denying there were missiles being thrown because I was there.

Seems off he hasn't said anything at all about it tbh.

Still a scary outlook on it all whatever way you look at it.. The consequences could of been deadly, maybe being a bit dramatic. I wouldn't be surprised to hear a Coventry fan has been kicked close to death after all that.

I witnessed a wife and her husband get told to sit down or else. The maddest thing is shit was still coming down and the steward just ignored it like it wasn't happening, possibly the most surreal moment ever at a home game for me.

The OB I spoke to about it said, “There ain’t enough of us up there and loads of them are doing it.”
He went on to say that they had got some of them out.

It was just a bizarre day mate. The people in charge, lost total control and it’s only by the grace of god, people were not seriously hurt.

A good away support, should be able to police itself. Coventry were scum

Large scale disorder in one part of the ground yet they all stand in an area or the ground with no disorder. Yes, makes perfect sense that. Probably too unfit to walk up the stairs....

Coventry fans in the boxes were celebrating their 5 goals yet the stewards/blokes in suits in the box looked as though they were more irate at the fans looking up and shouting at them. Think they were told to sit down and that was that. I know that’s obviously a trivial matter in relation to kids, mothers and old blokes getting attacked with objects but just thought I would point out the utter contempt stewards seem to show our supporters.
Seemingly fans complaining about getting objects chucked about them were threatened with ejection yet Coventry fans in the boxes goading our fans weren’t. f***ing insane.
 
I know it's been asked, but where were the stewards and police and are they going to make any statements about their lack of action for the job they are paid to do.

Where I go in, they have one steward checking bags for two turnstile queues. If they're busy in one queue, they can't check the other one. My bag wasn't checked today.

A copper went to me “you’re allowed plastic bottles in the stands” - aye not bottles of Carling though ya thick twat.

It was the complete lack of action for me. The whole “nothing we can do” attitude.

I was from a distance but the police seemingly took a contemptuous stance towards the fans talking to them, barely moved at all and stood there like a lump of shit was speaking to them. Someone sat in the North Stand Lower will be in a better position to say if that was the case, I might be wrong and it was from a distance.

I shouted at one from below and after a few attempts, he did acknowledge me but did little else.
