It’s not on like. Barring a disaster or accident no football fan should be hurt at a game let alone targeted with such obvious pre planned attacks. How the fuck do you get glass in the ground anyway? Our lass gets searched at every game and it’s not sumat you just slip in your pocket

Right to be livid mate.. I'm the same, I've never been so livid at a football match as today, the stewards up there were actually taking the piss out of some of our fans. I couldn't believe me eyes.. And for them to let the away fans out with the home fans after was total stupidity. Just shows how seriously they didn't take the bottle and flare launching if they couldn't predict kick offs outside the ground.
 
In calculating risk there is a hierarchy of control. The first is Elimination.

Every organisation complete risk assessments of all activity in its organisation. It has to do it to prove its providing both a safe place and working practises for its staff and visitors. Now it’s not rocket science that missiles from the north stand by away supporters is a risk. The question is how do you mitigate it. It would appear no one thought of that and that’s the bit which is unacceptable.

Truth, the stewards actually told us to sit down or else while bottles bombed in from above. I've seen bits and bobs come down over the last few years but today was 100 times worse than playing the Mags.

I’ve sat in the north stand for years mate and today was beyond a joke. The mags and Boro were like saints compared to these cowards

Someone should start a Facebook page to collect all the people who were hurt or effectrd by it today and then they should approach the club together.

This is absolutely disgusting.
 
The 'action' taken from the club and police today's highlights why no **** will sit in the North stand But the southern wankers won't care whilst collecting the £

After a young lass had been clipped by a bottle, we went to the stewards and they actually said “there’s nothing we can do”

I have a child who now doesn’t want to go back to the match. I can’t remember being this angry.

They have the power to throw people out. I'd of hoyed the whole lot of them out rather than take the chance of a serious Injury. No excuse at all can be given for today and I hope the club dont try and make any.

Aye, I've not asked nor expected anything from Donald but I do after today. I've sat in the north stand every season other than the very 1st and more shit came down today that the last 20 years.
At least make a statement saying the club will look at cctv, no way any fan should ever get assaulted while sitting in there ST seat.
