Cats are self centred critters, only think about themselves, take what's on offer and then piss off, just like w......:lol:

Dogs are faithful creatures caring about their owners thru good times and bad.

Yeah, I've gotten over that sort of thing. Ironically, it's like living in a house with pets, where you just get used to the smell and get over it eventually. Of course, in that metaphor I'm a big honking Newfie stinking up the joint and leaving matted clumps of fur everywhere.
 
I've had cats for years, currently got three and they're f***ing great.

The only reason we haven't got dogs too, is that we both work long hours and there's nobody at home to look after them during the day.

We'll get a couple of rescue dogs when we retire. But I bet the cats will still be top dogs
