A Visiting Villan

There's no chance of a points deduction and even if it did happen, Arsenal are not the only team in the title race. The problem is the PL aren’t fighting a football club. They are fighting an oil rich state.
The owners of City could easily spend £50m on legal fees and then spend another £50m if things aren’t going well. The PL can’t do that.
Unless they can prove without all doubt that City cheated, you are not going to see the huge punishment some are wanting.
Imo, City will get hit with a monster fine (which Abu Dhabi will pay instantly) and then a 12-15 point reduction. Ultimately that gifts Arsenal the league but City will have enough to stay in the top 4.
Irrelevant anyway, as nothing will happen for years imo and even when it does, it'll be a fine. I think it's clear by now that they won't be punished.
