I blamed the club. I’d heard what they had roughly offered him and what he was on. What I hadn’t heard is that what we offered him is what his agent had apparently asked for.

So if they matched his terms and were told that he’d accept them then I’ll hold my hands up and take back criticism of the offer made.

I won’t take back criticism of setting a public deadline or the criticism of Donald’s response today. I think both were foolish

Reckon there will be scuffles tomorrow if he gets booed.....People will get pissed and will be pissed off at Maja and his agent, others will clearly still hope if we kiss his arse enough he will lower himself to take the 700% pay increase, all gonna kick off.

It’s just what I think mate. I think Maja is hiding behind his agent to deflect away from him. We’ve all said things that people want to hear - that could be what Maja is doing in his conversations with Ross. Hope I’m wrong

hints about his wage on sky I believe. where did that info come from. by Monday a lot more interest will be shown. clubs now know the approx. cost of package. agent may as well of advertised the package in a tv advert
 
Where is this whole Premiership thing coming from? He is in his first full season in first team football and is doing well but he will be eaten alive by experienced Premiership defenders...........If he ends up at a Prem club its back to under 23s football, no way he will get anywhere near any Premiership first team, he just isnt ready.

If that’s right then I can’t see what Donald has done wrong, as he says he’s just setting the record straight.
