For me the agent would be there to discuss options if I wanted a move. But I would want someone who could also say, "stay here for a bit as it's your best option". These pricks are out for themselves and we are powerless. I'm over it now and have accepted he's gone. They're all the same man.

Because what he originally tweeted was emotive, badly worded and posed more questions than answers. Why have the departments to deal with this at all if that is going to be the approach whenever a potential story is breaking. It makes no sense

I 100% get he was annoyed with the agent, but he reacted in instinct, he should have took a deep breath and rang his mate Charlie, he would have got some good advice and I guarantee he wouldn't have tweeted all that

Yep he’s told the fans who are now in the picture...along with everyone else. You’d never see David Gill or even Ed Woodwood, Bruce Buck, whoever the comms person is at Liverpool it any other big club putting out sensationalist one sided story telling on social media. It’s not the done and there’s a reason for it. How do you reckon Maja feels right now, 24 hours before a huge game that he could have played a part in?

Who wins from this? The fans? Great we know he’s not signing. And that changes what exactly? Nothing. Except he may well never play for the club again
