They’re aiming to run the club in a self financing way. They’ve always said that. They’re not billionaires who have this as a play thing
obviously we are spending money thats why we have had four bids rejected. The owners are either playing hard ball with their offers or we dont have the budget to buy grigg.

I am talking about any sort of funding, literally any investment into the club. If you get a club as big as sunderland on the cheap with no debt and players to sell, you'd expect some of the money to go back into the playing side. Its not an unreasonable ask.

If we don’t run it within our means, it could have a detrimental affect on our long term future, we would quickly get out of league one that way. They’re not fabulously wealthy that they can afford to fritter a few million away to make you happy. They’re balancing the books of the club.
