Nee idea, all I know is I'm over 4lbs lighter. My problem us the snacking crap I eat, but knowing what calories i'm taking on board and how many extra I can have when I've done some exercise seems to be working well. My target calories before exercise is 2030 calories and all Im doing is following the guidance.You really believe you've shed 4lbs of fat in 4 days?
