Other than the Ashbrooke rugby club I'd class The Rosedene as being closest to Ashbrooke. And the Queen Vic is Hendon.

The Vic Gardens? I'd say it's Grangetown. I always class hendon as other side of the tracks. Or belford. I'd call the cedars 'ashbrooke' and its just over the road.

If the Vicky Gardens is the closest you're either not in Ashbrooke or in one or 2 particular streets.
