Noticed these in Lidl's fresh bakery section today...

27g of Protein. 21 Carbs, 268 Calories, 12 g fibre per bread bun. 29p each. Cheaper than whey!

Dr Zak's Protein Bread is 15g/slice according to the nutritional info like so it could well be possible.

Bought a couple of these yesterday and seem canny. Nice chewy crust, inside moist and soft. More seeds than bread tbh, but nice for a change. 115g per roll, so over 30g of protein for 39p. Fantastic value, worth grabbing a few next time you are near a Lidl. If plenty of us buy them, Lidl should hopefully keep them available.

Also nice with soup.
