I’ve seen it on other forums. Someone posts that they’ve built the home alone house and there’s a pile on. No idea why.

Some of the star wars stuff is stupid prices mind - holds its value though.

I think the Lego old Trafford is about 400quid aswell

I try not to judge but grown ups playing with Lego (£750 ffs) makes it rather difficult at times. Fair do's if it's with your kids obviously.

If I got up one Christmas morning and the Mrs had got me the gid wass millennium falcon it would be the best Christmas in decades.

And would I fuck let the bairn play with it

The boy is still only young but knocks them up in no time - we buy him the proper gear for his birthday and Xmas but he spends his pocket money on the MOC stuff which is a third of the price on the usual sites

I’d looked at them as an alternative to a jigsaw for my mam during lockdown. Looks like a class set.

They’re meant to be much better in the ‘flesh’ too - I’ve bought a new vase ready for them

I think they have to pay lucasfilm canny bit licensing for star wars hence prices get even more inflated
I've got about 10k+ of Lego but when I can be arsed I trade it..

We have spent hundreds of pounds over the years on lego which is now all mixed up in boxes under the stairs.
I have the Porsche built up and also the lamborghini Sian. I also have a spare Sian in the loft still sealed in the box. Love the lego but son has lost interest.

Probably is. I read about it this morning and can't honestly remember the price, so I guessed at £350.
