I get what you are saying. But very rarely do these big fights get left at 1-1.........it usually needs to be settled with a 3rd. Just my opinion like. May be wide of the mark. Either way I dont see Usyk losing anyway.

The rematch they're having is contractual because Usyk won; if AJ won there wouldn't be a rematch. There won't be the same clause in this fight - AJ is owed this rematch and that's it whatever happens. There is not a cat in hells chance AJ would seek a rematch with Usyk in a trilogy bout should he come through this one...straight onto the Fury fight.

Don't really get the hate for Fury vs Chisora.

Is it a fight I'm desperate to see? Absolutely not.

Am I interested in their pretend beef? Again, absolutely not.

But if he is to fight AJ/Usyk unification it won't happen before next spring/summer anyway which would mean Fury would have been inactive for over a year. As tune-up fights go, Chisora is probably the best available - AJ, Usyk, Joyce and Parker are all tied up and he's beaten Wilder and Whyte comprehensively within the last year. There isn't really anyone else out there bar Dubois, but he is nowhere near a big enough name and still has a lot of work to do after losing to Joyce.

I wouldn't buy the PPV but I'd rather see him fight an actual half-decent boxer than pissing about with an exhibition against Thor or Ngannou or shite like that.
