next mensah, minus the whole crumbling to pieces to thing. or next jaap stam, to avoid the claim of "racist."

was a cracking challenge but the one i was impressed with Was Kirchoff's just slid in from nowhere and took the ball away perfectly, best tackle i've seen in a while

Dumped one of the best players in the world on his arse and left him for dead. I like him.
That was class that like. You're must have felt like he had hit a brick wall and he's a big unit too. Noticed he went off shortly after that, probably still traumatised. He's no Beckenbauer but I think Kone will become a crowd favourite,

I remember Vergini doing similar, in fact they are a bit similar, maybe that position should have been where big Santi should have played?

Looks like we have a very good player on our hands judging by that performance.
The lad was strong, fast, calm and composed on the ball and had an excellent first touch. We looked a hell of a lot more organised at the back today.

Let's hope he doesn't have a relegation clause in his contract, or we'll be losing out on a decent player.
Him wiping out Yaya was my favourite moment of the match.

He looked absolutely immense! Very excited about him and the other new lads. Just need to get a win and we might well go on a decent run.
