Game time, is what the lad needs, how else is he going to gain experience if he's not actually playing in the first team?

He’s ‘raw’, I think that’s being polite, he’s f***ing terrible from what I’ve seen, just seems to bounce about like a gazelle...without the ball as he can’t f***ing control one.
 
From what I've seen of this lad (admittedly this is limited) he looks miles away from being ready for the first team. I would have liked to have seem Mumba on the bench more and possible given last 10 minutes of games when our experienced plodders in midfield had tired.
 
If he wants to leave don't play him. I agree. He has attributes we need but I’d rather we signed someone who has them who’ll settle at the club not one who’ll use our name to do one.

And we would more than likely be a championship club right now. He may have stayed if we got promoted. Had we replaced him properly then wouldnt be even worth talking about BUT as usual we didnt.
