No, just that the South Side of the Bridge may become a meeting point for fans before heading over new bridge to the match.

Thought that might be a possibility but the central span appears to be level.

Haven’t seen it in person yet.

More buildings coming down next month. Should be very few to follow. Guessing they'll be preping the land early next year for building work, if they confirm developer.

Sounds good. Once the new bridge is open and Sheepfolds is developed it will improve the city massively.

For someone looking in from the outside (Durham) it is great to see the progress.

They high-rise could be multi use. Residential, Hotel accommodation, shops, bars etc....

In an ideal world yes but can’t see developers taking the risk in the near future, unless the market for residential and office development improves significantly in the city.
