No, just that the South Side of the Bridge may become a meeting point for fans before heading over new bridge to the match.Did Davey say a new fan zone in the city centre?

Might be the curvature of the drone lens?Interesting. I didn’t realise the approaches to the central span were declined (Imange 5).

lovely photos them
More buildings coming down next month. Should be very few to follow. Guessing they'll be preping the land early next year for building work, if they confirm developer.More stunning photos there. The sooner they get on with redeveloping Sheepfolds the better.

Less high rise for meOne thing I'd like to see in our city centre is a few more high-rise. This would massively improve the skyline and dilute the view of the 3 tower blocks
They high-rise could be multi use. Residential, Hotel accommodation, shops, bars etc....
What, from here!Less high rise for me
Look at Paris
The lights on the wearmouth bridge should be red and whiteI'll get round to the YouTube video when I have time but some more footage on its way.

That's why I think mixed use.In an ideal world yes but can’t see developers taking the risk in the near future, unless the market for residential and office development improves significantly in the city.
