What's the expected completion date?
I have noticed a few critics on social media claiming it's a waste of money and it does not serve a purpose etc...
I assume these people are completely unaware of the development on the Vaux site and the plan for Sheepfolds which this bridge will link together, aside from that it'll be a great link from the city centre to that git big sports stadium on the other side of the river.
I mean I could ask them but I doubt it's worth the bother.
So it looks like bridge it straight opposite main entrance of holiday in yes? Saves quite a detour to/from match i guess!

Absolutely no way they could have entered the building contract without funding being secured and in place.
How many people do you reckon will be able to walk over it at the same time ? Will there be a weight restriction imposed do you think.

I suspect its more of a case that the funding was in place, but saw an opportunity to get some of it back from the government via the leveling up funds, which wasn't successful. And len & his crew are as usual twisting the reality
No , 2025 nowReckon it will be completed in the summer?
I heard they are installing barriers and scales so only none porkers may crossHow many people do you reckon will be able to walk over it at the same time ? Will there be a weight restriction imposed do you think.
Ah feckit's a smart bridge so it has a set of scales at either end and it reads your weight out really loudly in the voice of Brian Blessed
I think it's always been 2025, hasn't it?No , 2025 now
No, it should have been open already surely?I think it's always been 2025, hasn't it?
Seem to remember original plans were for this year but there was a delay in getting started.I think it's always been 2025, hasn't it?
