Is that not just all the Lib Dems rather than the council? It'll no doubt get my councillor's face in the Echo again. I don't think the public should be anywhere near it and it's just a waste of time and resources.
Ultimately it means nowt. I doubt many people hark back to the days of Queen Alexandra when popping over to Suddick.
 
Always assumed it would be called "Bridge of Light" but with this lot they'll probably want something more "inspirational", like the "wear on our way" Bridge.
Meanwhile the rest of us will probably just call it the footbridge.

I was over there last night with the drone, not to film that but it coincided with some heavy machinery being delivered and I got to film that. I'll hoy the footage up when I've looked at it properly.
