Like I said that's the rules the bad guys play by. We have law and pay the cost to be the good guys .

No the price is paid when we refuse to sanction something that we profess is wrong in absolute terms even though our opponents might , such as murder

I know , that's why there was going to be trial to see if it would be ,but it got screwed up. We pay the cost of applying moral and legal processes because that's what moral , legally mandated systems do . Terrorists don't .
