Job applications - pretending to be bisexual

It’s quite common here now. I’ve seen it often. The last job I applied for said that and they also included women in the list.

Bah... the hurdles we have to overcome as a white heterosexual man are crazy!!!

Well except for the fact they aren’t really, with the exception of Hairdressers, HR and Dinner Ladies

Athletes in events below 800m / boxers above middleweight (kidding)..

It's not right. An application should just have a reference number with no name, age or sex.

Agreed that’s how a lot of academic papers are marked now to remove institutional/ unconscious bias
