What does that mean?Try to normalise. It takes around three days if you’ve been plus or minus 8 hours for any period of time. The flights just make it that bit worse.

It's worse when you get back home. Remember when I came back from Oz the first time, I was showing my best mate photos of my trip and fell asleep mid sentence.
Or avoid flying.Eat the meal that is being served the place you are going to. It has the biggest effect. Set your watch to the time of the destination and then eat at appropriate times.
Second option would be to avoid eating whilst flying.
Just sleep.
