This, every time. I always try to stay up till around midnight on the first day I land, easier when you land late afternoon or evening, a bitch if you land early morning. Get ratted, sleep like a dog for 8-9 hours and you're up the next morning, showered and ready to go.

Already did that. It tends to work going west but not going east, for me.

I am absolutely desperate for some sleep.
A bit late now, but I also try to get a swim in after landing which helps stretch out after the flight, gets the blood and endorphins moving back round your body again.

I think the amount of beer we drank counts as swimming.

On our way to the stadium now, me on the back of 35mins sleep. The bloke who got the 4th ticket is (checks he's not looking) a loud Australian wanker.
