Distribution coach, out of interest what other English keepers could have went to be target practice for training ? He maybe has all his coaching badges

Steele's problem was that he was a nervous wreck more than anything else. He was guaranteed to make a howler or do something ridiculous every game, whereas Camp's body had clearly given up on him meaning he couldn't react quick enough to get enough power behind his wrists.

I've always said Steele was every bit as bad as Camp overall but in a different way. I can see how he would make a decent coach though when there's no pressure on and he isn't filled with anxiety.
