Whey I'd expect nothing less in Southwick.

Cracking location imo. Like a hidden gem, you've got to leave the beaten path to find it. Lots of home fans park around that way before the game to be fair.

We do to be honest - we pass the pub every home game. Always been quite intrigued by the place.

The pub has obviously been there for years, and the lad who owns it, (who is Sunderland daft), has arranged it himself.
So the location is exactly where it should be.

Never heard of it either, its on Wear Street on Google Maps.

It's got LCL on the pub sign so probably closed in 1987.

Still open. In it a few times last year. Looks horrendous but a decent little boozer
