I was meant to put this on here at the weekend for Lawson, but forgot!

For anyone who doesn’t know, the lad who has taken over The Times is Sunderland daft.
He’s already done the interior out in all things SAFC.
Any money he makes over his target, some will be going to Veterans In Crisis, and some possibly to another mural on another side elevation.

Fair and good point , however you could argue , how did JM get up and parry the second ( Cherry ?? Not sure ) effort on to the cross bar ? OK Cherry is not Pele but that ball was travelling - he deserves all the crédit he get's for that.

Pleased he is getting a mural, Monty was a great servant to the club in his playing days and is an excellent embassador to the club still. An absolute gent who has given a lot to the club and fans. Living legend.
