Sorry I forgot we only picked one bowler these days ;)

Missing Broad a lot in that department. Hussey struggles with a tall bowler coming around the wicket, and swinging the ball into him from back of a length, cramping him for room. Broad would have been ideal for that but Finn isn't consistent enough to bowl 6 balls there so I guess a lot will rest on Tremlett with regards getting Hussey out.

i took him for aussie top scorer even tho he couldnt buy a run leading up to the series. come to me if you want to learn about cricket :cool:

.... i also took the aussies to win it 3-1 :cry:

Tremlett outbowled Jimmy in this test, Finn has more wickets than Jimmy in the series. Sorrry if I expect more from Jimmy.

Classic example of what I was talking about coward. There wont be an Australian player, commentator or representative of the media, or anyone expressing a balnced view that will tell you anything other than Jimmy Anderson has been very good on this tour so far. If you are incapable of expressing honesty and giving credit where its due thats your problem.

when jimmy was bowling them out , he was getting complimented to the hilt by the media and we were winning EB was nowhere to be seen.

suddenly we have a wobble and he's out like a rash :roll:

It was a pointless question coward. This is a bowler who averages 27 against the likes of Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly, Sehwag, Gambir in their own back yard and averaging 30 in this series against Ponting, Hussey and co. Wtf has taking wickets against Bangladesh got to do with it? If he wasnt taking wickets against them I could understand the relevance.

I am dissapointed that we are level pegging with the Aussies after three tests.

The fact is Finn has more wickets than both Swann and Anderson.

Where is the plan B. As Rentaghost was happy to tell the world, spinners struggle in Australia, so what is plan B?

We havent tried to play 5 bowlers for years, how will that upset the balance of the side, we should have had much sterner opposition in the build up to the Ashes and tried different things.

im as concerned as you are, we let them off the hook and (hope im wrong) think we will go on to lose the series.
still, thus far, jimmy has done well. fact.

no consistency, still not quite sure what Jimmy will turn up.

he needs to be bang on it for 5 tests, thus far he has been hit and miss

What sort of criteria is that? Have we ever had a bowler in the history of English cricket that has ever done that in Australia ? Its exactly what i was talking about before about you making the argument fit. You reckoned he would hit all around Australia and in fact hes bowled economically at all times and very well at certain times being hugely influential in our win.

Hes done well so far and everyone knows it.

has bowled very well in patches, has looked very ordinary in others.
