I don't get this. Someone involved in professional football like Ross surely knows the difference between a good and a bad player. Where do new managers learn stuff about the league they are in if it isn't practical hands on experience?

I'm not sure that's the case. It probably is Ross but we've gone about it a ham fisted way.
