You’re right, so why the tantrum with me because you were to lazy to read my post full including the quote. Just admit you were wrong. Go on, be a man about.

Am chilled me Bruv, Looka man we can't all be astronauts, one man's floor is another man's ceiling.......

All God's children, ye just didn't like Big Chris.....Cool

We are still going to loose £12m on them so not sure why you are trying to be clever by misquoting what i said.

I neither misquoted nor quoted a damn thing, wtf are you on about?

You accused Sam of wasting money, then climbed down a bit when challenged. Then you mentioned Kone and Khazri as examples of money wasting.

They were very good for us under Sam, completely changed the squad. Everyone was singing their praises. How in the world can they have been a waste of money by Sam? What has subsequently transpired has nothing to do with Allardyce.

With the benefit of hindsight his investments haven't worked.

The Sam bashing on here is baffling. You do realise he bought them over two years ago, right?

He strengthened the squad with them and transformed the squad into a team that topped the form table long enough to keep us up. That is exactly what he was required to do. If you think he wasted money then I don’t know what you expected him to do to save us.

If they’d been dogshit from the start and we’d still gone down, then you’d be right. That wasn’t the case.

I agree with you BSA was not at the level of Moyes, Advacatt and MON in wasting the clubs money. BSA did a good job here and I would have been more than happy if he stayed.

However, in buying Kone and Kazhri he bought players of dubious personality. BSA got a tune out of them but a poorer manager in Moyes couldnt.

Bottom line is when these two leave the club it will have cost us millions and thats my general point so not sure where I have backtracked?

Another poster challenged you about taking Sam off your list, you seemed to relent somewhat, but pointed out the exceptions of Kone and Khazri.

I think we’re basically in agreement about Sam anyway, so all is good! The moment he left, it all fell apart.

Absolute bull shit. By signing those players it completely rejuvenated our season and give us a lift. Without them we'd have gone down and not got the Prem money.

Yes we spent £14m or however much it was plus wages, but i bet we made far more than that by staying up.

I still think we'll get half of that back form Khazri anyway, the form he's been on in France.

Can you not have a bit of debate on here without aggression and language like?

you make a fair point re staying up that season fair enough

So with the benefit of hindsight have they been good investments? The answer is quite clearly no.
That's all i said
