Hmmm, as much as I don’t think Diamond is great, I’m not sure I agree.
I reckon Diamond will probably make a career being upper league one, or at a push lower championship level, he’s no better than that imo.
Celtic are probably mid table prem level, Rangers there or there about, Hearts probably about championship level, then you’re lacking really.
Diamond probably would be good enough, especially as a sub against any side apart from Celtic and Hearts.
I think it’s the perfect move for everyone involved if he fancies it.

The main reason being, he’s had a proper run of games in every other shirt.
It’s not going to happen here for him but he’s a decent player and would do well for Rangers.

The odd game I've watched involving Rangers or Celtic they both look very poor to me, nowhere near Premier League level. It looks like lower level Championship standard in my opinion. I'd fancy Sunderland chances at the moment against either.
