Do we not think he could potentially be saying goodbye to the non-playing staff at the club (wouldn’t he have said goodbye to the players when he was told he could go for the medical). Hopefully this anyway as agree the players don’t need distracting before the game

I think what Chelsea did to lampard when they sacked his as manager was disgusting, if your leaving I think it's onlu righto say goodbye and thanks to the people you have worked with and looked after you for a few years

Agreed where is the bitterness towards him coming from , it's not his fault, people are head hunted in all business forms - we'ed all do the same. As for Ipswich , i image your guys would be doing the same for an incoming player. Sadly , as i said at the time , he's replicating exactly
what he and his mother did here at Marseille ( Read GOP especially. he didnt agree)
