Aye, it’s the unfortunate reality.

We could have kept him and sold him for the same price next summer imo. Even if it was to be one of the relegated sides.

Well I mean it’s 50 percent of the model.

The other half of it starts now, supposedly. Because only when we sell players for big fees will we start shopping in a bigger pond for better players and spending more on recruits

Literally their words of how the model works, we shall see how that goes eh

Even taking into account our red and white tinted specs, £15 million is way below value when compared to other transfers in this league for players that objectively aren't as good or as important to their team as Clarke.

I'm not one for obsessing over transfer fees but as things stand our ability to buy is heavily weighed on what we can sell for.
