Issue with Roefs?

Right in the middle of what Geoff Boycott would call the corridor of uncertainty. Tempted him to come, but then moved away from him.
 
He’s probably a mid-table premier league goalie at present ;)

Personally I think that some of our fans over-rate him. But he is still young.
 
If you look at corners and crosses that lead to goals you'll often see a smaller guy than the taller defender head home. Why?

Simply, the end point on the delivery is often inch perfect. Half a yard matters.

In this case, even if Roefs had tried to get the ball he couldn't have because of the curl of the cross.

So for this particular cross he was in no man's land and it just makes it look awkward for him.

Summary - perfect, pinpoint cross
