Issue with Roefs?

Yeah, yeah, least of our worries I know. But still. Liverpool exposed a flaw in his game and it appears Fulham also got the memo. Its odd coz thought he was so assured earlier in the season. He appears very flappy and weak now. Goalkeeping coach needs to earn his wage and sort this out or the fifty million from Chelsea is depreciating rapidly.

He is one of our top performing, most consistent players.

I honestly thought he was Superman. I didn't spot a flaw but Van Dijk knew of it and sadly he then shared that with everyone. Maybe just our defending is to blame at the moment.

Actually watched the first goal back and he gets a little nudge from a Fulham player but the ball is not in his zone. He berates the defenders after, rightly so. I was just curious if anyone thinks he has a weakness from corners? Maybe not.

What’s the flaw? Also no idea what he has been flappy and weak at?
 
Not sure about a flaw as such but he’s less confident coming off his line and claiming the ball recently. Think that’s more a confidence thing though with the defence being shaky recently it’s probably impacting him too. Earlier on the season he was excellent at this so as I say more confidence related than any fundamental flaw

He said "punching under pressure is never great" but seemed to be suggesting its a weakness for Roefs. Liverpool felt we pack the penalty area so its hard to deal with all those bodies. Was reported in the Echo. He does talk about second phase so its not just Roefs but the whole of our defending.
