Issue with Roefs?

Against Liverpool Endo blocked Roefs path to the ball, it was subtle but effective. The delivery from Salah was excellent. Ballard got tussled out of it leaving VVD pretty much unchallenged.
A well worked set piece from them.

I cant fault him to be honest and the first goal was all on our CH and Gerty cos giving anybody a free header from there is crazy
 
Yesterdays issue was Geertruida and Alderete ended up following the same man. Jimenez was stood alongside a team mate. Geertruida and Alderete had them both covered. The team mate moved across the face of the goal, Geertruida and Alderete both went with him whilst Jimenez stood still. Complete lack of communication. Woeful.
 
I think he may have been too advanced for the third but that goal wasn’t his fault.
Nothing he can do about 1st or the Penna. frustrating that Jimenez was on the pitch though, should have seen red IMO.
 
Jesus christ, some fans are impatience. Criticised Patterson and now him. Get a grip man. Leave them alone. We are one of the biggest club in north east, not in the UK. We arent big club in the UK. Also I feel so embarrassed by one of our fan sent a message to Mundle with racist language is unacceptable. We are Sunderland and we are one of the nicest people in the region, I dont get it.

Get real and accept the defeat, we were that bad as the ref too. Lets move on.

I suggested that on the third and got mocked 🤣 he wasn’t to blame for the goal but he could have made it more difficult for Iwobi. No chance with the first two.

Yeah, yeah, least of our worries I know. But still. Liverpool exposed a flaw in his game and it appears Fulham also got the memo. Its odd coz thought he was so assured earlier in the season. He appears very flappy and weak now. Goalkeeping coach needs to earn his wage and sort this out or the fifty million from Chelsea is depreciating rapidly.
