Been saying it for years: A strong Durham = a strong England.
Outstanding really, that with Wood and Stokes in the senior squad, we’ve got 7 players in the strongest* 22 players in England’s red ball setup.
*arguable given the senior squad members who don’t make the first XI would slot into the next XI before some of the Lions.
