A normal Indian pitch when they needed a draw. How predictable.Guessing another shite pitch?
Such a shame he didn't make it.Kohli heading for a double ton.
Total bore this. Both sides just going through the motions knowing that the only result will be a draw.
Draw was 8/1 at the toss. Amazing in hindsight that people didn't see it coming.A normal Indian pitch when they needed a draw. How predictable.
5 days of rain will do me, dont want either to win.Aussies play India at the Oval
England would’ve scored 600 in two sessions and declared on this deck.
Nice warm up before the Ashes for the Aussies they play India at ths Oval
Yes in theory the ICC will oversee the pitch preparation so lets hope the Oval ground staff are left to it.Absolutely going to try and get tickets I think, should be a really good game on neutral conditions I reckon.
As opposed to New Zealand v Sri Lanka which went to the wire. Kiwis scrambling a single on the last ball of the match to win by 2 wickets.Terrible advert for the game!!
I've got day three tickets. Would have liked to see more but Wednesday start is a bit of a buggerAbsolutely going to try and get tickets I think, should be a really good game on neutral conditions I reckon.

In terms of fans, we see it as a game first and foremost, always nice to win but losing happens, get over it. They're obviously very different in that regard which I think partly explains their childish behaviour on social media. They think we're like our football fans, and them when it comes to losing cricket matches, that it hurts us.There’s a huge difference between how England and India see their cricket both teams and fans. With India it’s about winning and anything goes as long as you win. Pitch preparation going to anazing lengths which has sometimes been to their detriment. The WTC is a huge deal etc. For England it all about the process and the brand and if they play their great brand of cricket hopefully winning comes with it but it’s process first. I much prefer our way of doing things.
