maybe, ifIf we never play Dossena we never have a match fit person to cover for Alonso, he may have also been deemed not ready.
Bollocks, he got it wrong.

He did. Johnson, Borini, Ki and Mannone were on the bench.
He's played Ustari every cup game in the rounds leading up to the semi/final and rotation is there to keep players fit for when we need to call on them, like if Mannone gets injured. Borini and Johnson were clearly being used as impact players as we were playing a newly fit Fletcher and Scocco who is still completing his match fitness.

I think you may have completely misunderstood the point of rotation marra.
We were in the quarter final of the FA f***ing CUP man ffs
Assertions? As opposed to bald faced assertions from yourself, I'm ok with admitting that Poyet is in a better position to judge who is or isn't fit.
Not at all. Canny easy to follow really.I think you may have misunderstood this thread

Dearie dearie me. Poor Ki played midweek. What's the world coming to. The whole man city and Arsenal teams played midweek ffs. What would you suggest? a break in a convalescent home for them. They're young men in their prime for goodness sake.Brown was injured, Ki had played midweek and Borini was available as an impact sub. Never mind the fact that they were also missing from the Southampton game, you know, that game which an even more "weakened" team played a fuck load better.

Oh and lets just bring on Borini and Johnson our only players who look likely to score, as impact subs against Palace saying as you think it's a good way to use our best players. Rightyo!. What a load of shite.
So we treat an FA Cup Quarter final as a pre-season friendly?
We did have emergency cover, Colback.
Colback is a better LB than Dossena. If it was absolutely unavoidable Jack could've dropped back and freed up space for Ki(would should've f**king started in the first place) or even dare i say Gardner.
Poyet doesn't like playing players out of position and although Colback has done canny in that role before. We are playing guesswork as to why Ki didn't start, as he is one of two that hasn't been officially commented on. Although going on his form of late, the final and midweek international, it is not untenable that he was deemed as needing a rest. With such an important part of the season ahead that Ki will play a huge part in and a midfield of Colback, Larsson and Cattermole, who are experienced enough and have played together long enough to do a damn site better than they did.
What really intrigues about your posts is your theory of playing your most likely goalscorers as impact subs. . Seems mad at first but it could work as nobody would expect anyone would be so daft and we could mebbies sneak Borini on when no one was watching. Could be a worldwide revolution in tactics. Are you watching Barcelona?. Messi! Get back on that bench. If that's what you've taken from my posts you need reading comprehension lessons.[DOUBLEPOST=1394715367][/DOUBLEPOST]

What a drama queen you are.Debate is fine, but many on this board are turning on him. Some of the stuff posted on here since the final whistle has been vicious.
Even Bardsley played left back for a while . That Dossena scares the shite out of me watching him play.So we treat an FA Cup Quarter final as a pre-season friendly?

No one has slagged him off. Just voicing an opinion that they would have prefered a stronger team against Hull.
plenty of people have rightly slagged of his decision at the weekend. I'm not sure I've heard (or read on here) people slag him off.No one has slagged him off?
I reckon your internet might be fucked marra.
