4. If you have dark skin and live at a northern latitude you will only get about one third of the vitamin D needed. This one vitamin is critical for protein synthesis. This is a problem common to all winter flu's and the BAME community. The catch 22 is without enough vitimin D you are going to struggle to keep your weight down.
5. We all need good protein sysnthesis for vaccines to work. For the morbidly obese (+40 BMI) the effectiveness may be much less.

Footnote: The UK is the sick note of Europe, and Worldwide second only to the USA. The UK's deaths from Covid are a reflection of this fact, and not much to do with Government policies.

Viruses don't have a purpose. They exist, but they weren't designed.

This is a crazy ramble in a sea of craziness. Well done. If this forum needed one thing, it was definitely another old bloke posting pseudoscience he's dreamt up.

Wasn’t there a thread started yesterday about “selfish” old gits starting to Break the rules cos they’d been vaccinated and old to give a toss about anyone else, They’ll not be totally innocent but doubt it’ll be oldies leading that rush to coast

reading that article, it doesn't sound like it was old people fined in Durham
Officers from the City team have had a very busy day dealing with increased numbers of people in the City, no doubt due to the nice weather.
Unfortunately some decided not to abide by Covid rules, so officers issued tickets to those responsible, this included several University students.
The University will be informed about their students behaviour as well as the fines police issued. Gatherings of 15 people or more is an £800 fine - please do not put yourself in this situation.
The team also spent over an hour playing “cat and mouse” with a group of around 12 youths on mountains bikes, tearing around the city centre and making off from police when approached.
One lad was eventually caught and his parents were contacted. Do you know where your kids are and who they are with?
Patrols along the river banks near the cricket ground resulted in some people being dispersed and having alcohol disposed of, please remember that drinking of alcohol in public within the city centre is prohibited under the PSPO.
It’s been a long and difficult time but lockdown is nearly finished so please don’t jeopardise things now.

the oldies go to the coast midweek not weekends

They co exist with all lifeforms they have been here on the planet longer than man so what part is actually pseudoscience. ?
