How many times a day do you urinate?

Probably about 3-5 times a day. Drink as much water as possible, always have me water bottle to hand. Odd cup of tea or coffee. Maybe some dilute if I’m feeling naughty.

How can you drink hods of water and not be pissing every 5 minutes?

I drink none tbf, don’t really like it. I normally have a pint of dilutey squash in place of the fruit juice, and I’m not having anyone say a glug of squash in a pint of water isn’t essentially water anyway.

I say as much as possible but it’s only a 750ml bottle so probably only 2-3 litres per day depending on what I’m doing. Drinks a different story like once the seal is broke

Keep an eye on it marra, a friend of mine has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer after his prostrate cancer was detected too late for any effective treatment, he's only 56.

Poo test won't detect prostate cancer, you can request a PSA test which is specifically for prostate cancer. Just had mine done, came back in the normal range thankfully.

There is water in a lot of food. People get fixated with drinking water to keep hydrated but it is unnecessary to drink an excess amount and it is detrimental to drink too much
